What’s on?
Our elves are kept busy in December with sparkly trees, twinkling lights and a Santa’s grotto set to sprinkle a little magic over our Resort. Head along to the kids’ club for oodles of festive fun and games and look out for Santa on the big day. Join us at Sunset Restaurant for a merry dinner. Will you go for turkey with all the trimmings or our seasonal a la carte menu? Party bags and live music will add to the atmosphere. New Year’s Eve brings more festivities with a gourmet dinner, drinks, music and dancing.
Island traditions
Christmas is big in Spain and Tenerife is no exception. There’s a wonderful feel to its towns and villages with fairy lights and intricate nativity scenes on display. Watch bands and singers perform traditional songs and pick up some festive sweet treats at bakeries and market stalls. Want to spend Christmas Day by the pool or on the beach? With temperatures hovering around 21C., you won’t be alone. New Year’s Eve brings late-night celebrations, including the age-old Spanish tradition of swallowing 12 grapes in between the strokes of midnight. Glass of cava highly recommended.
A festive space
Soaking in a hot tub while staring at the Atlantic on Christmas Day might feel surreal, but we’re sure you’ll soon get into the swing of a festive escape at Wyndham Residences Costa Adeje. Many of our apartments have their own hot tub – all of them have outdoor spaces with stunning Ocean views. Sleeping up to eight, there’s plenty of room for relaxing and celebrating the season inside too. With a heated pool, games areas and a kids’ club on your doorstep, the whole gang will have a jolly old time.
