At what time can we check in?

The official check-in time is 16:00hrs. Reception is open 24hrs.

At what time do we need to check out?

We kindly ask you to vacate your room on departure day by 10am. For luggage storage facilities please contact Reception on the day of your departure.

We would like to inform you that you may settle your account at Reception on the day before departure, in order to ensure a speedy check out on your departure day.

Are the apartments equipped with a telephone?

All the rooms are equipped with a direct dial telephone. To get an outside line, please dial "0". Please let us know if we can be of any help in finding your desired number.

Are the apartments equipped with a television?

Your room is equipped with a television and a remote control. You will find an overview of all the channels on channel 1 on your TV. Additionally for your convenience a DVD player is available in all apartments.

Are there ironing facilities in the apartment?

All units are provided with an iron and ironing board.

Is there a safe in the apartment?

In your room you will find a safe where you can store your valuables. Please note that the pin to activate the safe must be obtained from Reception. If you experience any difficulties, please contact Reception on extension 92.

Are cots and highchairs available?

A travel cot, for babies up to two years, can be requested free of charge. Highchairs can be requested, also free of charge. All can be ordered via Reception when needed.

Rules on noise

After 11pm Guests are requested not to make excessive noise in or around the apartment by keeping volumes to a minimum.
Please be careful when moving furniture in order not to inconvenience guests below as the floors tend to cause noise and echo.


Is there an on-site supermarket?

We have one shop on-site for food and toiletry essentials – Sam’s Pantry is next to Reception and is open 7 days a week 9am - 2.30pm. Larger supermarkets are within walking distance of the resort.

Is there a doctor on resort?

If you need a doctor to visit you on the resort a private hospital is nearby with medical facilities available 24/7. For an appointment, please contact Reception on extension 92.

Do you Recycle?

YES and we would encourage you to support Wyndham Green, a Wyndham efficiency and green practice program by recycling your household waste.

Please use the colour coded bags provided in your kitchen cupboard to separate plastics (yellow), paper and cardboard (blue) and general waste (black).

These separate bags can then be deposited in our communal recycling points clearly marked in resort.

What other Green Initiatives do you have?

We have the Linen Reuse Program.

Join us on our Green journey by choosing to reuse your towels and linen during your stay. Here at Wyndham Residences Costa Adeje, in an effort to cut down on cleaning chemicals and water consumption, we will change your towels midweek. We use approved Ecolab cleaning products and are working to reduce our impact on the planet by adapting more environmentally friendly service levels.

Is WiFi available?

WiFi is available free of charge in Sunrise and Sunset restaurants and in all apartments.

Are the childrens activities free?

Due to local regulations, Team Marina Mini Club will remain closed until further notice. Team Marina is a kid’s club for children aged between 4 and 12 years of age. There is a registration cost of €5 for each child which includes a Team Marina t-shirt. Some additional activities do require an additional charge – more details available from Team Marina on resort.

Is there free parking on the resort?

Yes, car parking is free. Wyndham Residences Costa Adeje offers an enclosed garage for limited number of cars; you may be asked for a refundable deposit in cash for the garage key.

Is flight information available?

Please contact our team at Reception for information and confirmation regarding your flight.

Are beauty treatments available?

We are pleased to make appointments for a massage or a hairdresser on request. For further information, please contact Reception.

Is it possible to exchange money at Reception?

Should you need to exchange money you can do so at Reception. Please remember to show your passport.

Where is the nearest cash point?

A cash point is situated just outside the main entrance of the resort.


Is there a heated swimming pool?

There is one pool accessible to all guests that is heated in winter (usually November to May). Other heated pools may be available depending on the resort you are staying at. The resort map at reception shows you the pool areas closest to your apartment. Please contact Reception if you have any doubts as to which pools you can use during your stay.

Do you provide pool towels?

Pool towels are provided for you in your apartment. If you would like to use the pool facilities during the day of checkout, please keep the pool towels provided and return them to Reception before departure. Should you require a change of pool towels, please call in to Reception as there is a small charge payable per towel.


How far away is the nearest town?

San Eugenio is 1km from the resort and the popular Playa de Las Americas is approximately 4kms.

Is the beach close to the resort?

Wyndham Residences Costa Adeje is within easy reach of the beach.

Can I book taxis from the resort?

Taxis can be booked from Reception.

Is it possible to rent a car?

If you wish to rent a car we would be pleased to arrange delivery from a choice of vehicles directly to your resort, please contact our Reception on extension 92.
